制定既反映社会需求又符合教育规律的人才培养方案是构建具有鲜明特色的人才培养体系的重要内容。通过对国内40多所著名高校行政管理专业的调研可以发现:目前各高校已探索出了一套通识教育与专才教育、技能教育相结合的复合型人才培养模式。西南政法大学行政管理专业系国家级特色专业,基于厚基础、重素质、强技能的人才培养目标,构建了通识教育课,专业基础、主干课,专业选修课,实践教育教学体系四大平台,为培养高素质复合型人才奠定了基础。
The formulation of a personnel training program that reflects both the needs of society and the laws of education is an important part of building a personnel training system with distinctive characteristics. Through the research on more than 40 famous universities in the country, we can find out that at present, all colleges and universities have explored a comprehensive training model of general education combined with special education and skills education. The administrative specialty of Southwest University of Political Science and Law is a state-level specialized specialty. Based on the training objectives of thick foundation, heavy quality and strong skills, the four major platforms of general education, professional foundation, main course, specialized elective courses and practical education and teaching system are established. To cultivate high-quality composite talents laid the foundation.
