本文旨在分析中国当代都市中劳动体制变化的多样性。本文研究的对象是中等技术水平的年轻就业人口,他们在上海从事房产中介行业。从我们搜集到的年轻白领移工故事可以知道,在上海工作的经验与之前在家乡的工作环境截然不同。移工们为迎合都市劳动市场的要求,变得相当具有弹性。不过这些人并非全然被动、顺从的,也绝非独自面对市场的许多相似个体。要建立灵活的劳动力组织形式,需要某些制度框架、个体自反性的空间、参与者的战略与团体的行动。在某些牵涉劳动法规、劳力组织、都市发展周期与投机,以及城市居民对待他们的方式的情况下,工作者是能够以个人或集体方式,占有某些资源去累积某些资产与能力,目的是为了拥有对自身职业生涯的掌控权。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the diversity of changes in the labor system in contemporary Chinese cities. The research object of this paper is the young employment population with medium technical level who are engaged in the real estate agency industry in Shanghai. From the young white-collar migrant workers we have collected, we can see that the experience of working in Shanghai is completely different from that of the previous work environment in our hometown. Migrant workers have become quite resilient to meet the demands of the urban labor market. However, these people are not completely passive and compliant, nor do they face many similar individuals in the market alone. Establishing a flexible workforce organization requires some institutional frameworks, individual reflexivity, participant strategies and group actions. In some cases involving labor laws and regulations, labor organizations, urban development cycles and speculation, and the ways in which urban dwellers treat them, workers are able, individually or collectively, to occupy certain resources to accumulate certain assets and capabilities for the purpose In order to have control of their own careers.
