文章旨在研究补充花青素及运动对人体抗氧化能力的影响。研究方法:将16名体育学院男生随机分为2组(每组8人):即实验组E和对照组C。其中实验组以中等剂量补充花青素胶囊14天,对照组服用安慰剂14天,检测每组受试者在服药前及服药2周后,血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),过氧化氢酶(CAT),超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)等指标。然后所有受试者在服药14天后在Monark功率自行车上进行急性大强度运动,运动后即刻,再次抽血检测受试者血清上述指标的变化状况。结果显示:中等剂量服用花青素胶囊14天可以显著提高正常人体及运动人体的抗氧化能力。
This article aims to study the effects of anthocyanin supplementation and exercise on the human body’s antioxidant capacity. Methods: 16 boys from Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into 2 groups (8 in each group): experimental group E and control group C. The experimental group supplemented with medium dose of anthocyanin capsules for 14 days, the control group took placebo for 14 days, each group of subjects before taking the medication and 2 weeks after taking the serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (GSH-PX), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and other indicators. All subjects then underwent acute intensive intensive exercise on the Monark power cycle 14 days after taking the medication. Blood was taken again immediately after the exercise to test the changes of the above indicators in the subject’s serum. The results showed that medium dose of anthocyanin capsules for 14 days can significantly improve the normal human and exercise the body’s antioxidant capacity.
