我校是一所市属老完中,目前在岗的83名教师中青年教师就有52名,占教师总数的64%,他们在学校整个教育工作中担重任,挑大梁,起了主力军的作用。由于我们把培养青年教师作为一项具有战略意义的大事抓紧抓实,尤其重视抓好他们上岗第一步的基础工程,落实关键性措施,因而他们能迅速地成长起来。 1.重视发挥青年教师的特长,培养良好的心态,使他们热爱教育事业。刚从学校毕业,走上工作岗位的青年教师,一般都有较强的事业心和上进心,他们朝气蓬勃,善于思考,有自己的价值观。对他们,我们首先作了较为全面的了解,发现他们的特长和爱好,并由此来考虑安排他们的课职务,尽可能做到用其所学,扬其所长。当他们来校报到后,我们向他们介绍校史,介绍近几年来学校概况,对于学校教育教学管理一直名列全市同类学校第一和多次被命名为南通市、启东市双文
