功能及组成适用于油气田污水处理。装置为油气田污水零排放处理系统的深度处理单元。装置由泵、离心机、蒸发室、加热室、循环管、平衡桶、阀门及相应管路等组成。技术特点适用介质:油气田生产污水、气田采出水、生活污水等。进水条件:流量5~500 m~3/h,压力<0.4 MPa,温度<100℃。处理效果:污水回收率100%,出水水质达到GB/T 19923-2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》冷却水水质指标。
Function and composition Suitable for oil and gas field sewage treatment. The device is a deep treatment unit for zero discharge treatment system of oil and gas field sewage. The device consists of a pump, a centrifuge, an evaporation chamber, a heating chamber, a circulation pipe, a balance barrel, a valve and corresponding pipes. Technical characteristics Applicable medium: oil and gas field production of sewage, gas field produced water, domestic sewage and so on. Water conditions: flow 5 ~ 500 m ~ 3 / h, pressure <0.4 MPa, temperature <100 ℃. Treatment effect: 100% of the sewage recovery, effluent quality to GB / T 19923-2005 “urban sewage recycling industrial water quality” cooling water quality indicators.
