为了探讨纤维结合蛋白(FN)和纤维酶原(PG)与脑血管病的关系,选择了符合1986年全国脑血管病会议诊断标准,并除外肝、肾、心脏疾患。全部病例均经头部CT或MR证实的脑血管病人共76例,其中脑血栓形成40例,男24例,女16例,年龄32~80岁,平均60.3岁,初次发病16例,脑血栓恢复期(病后4周)24例;脑出血36例,男19例,女17例,年龄38~83岁,平均60岁。正常对照60例,年龄25~45岁。采用散射比浊法测定血浆FN和PG。血浆FN测定结果如下:脑血栓形成早期0.33±0.07g/L,恢复期0.29±0.01g/L,脑出血0.30±0.06g/L,正
