苏格拉底式教学法从师生的平等关系出发,通过教师的“助产”技艺而达到除蔽的效果。在法理学教学中,适当引入这一教学法不仅有助于引导学生独立思考,培养其法律思维能力及提升法科学生的人文素养,而且也有助于对学生的成绩测评并反馈教师的教学效果。运用这一教学法时,要改革法理学的课程设置,有适当的教学班与教学课时,适时引导学生阅读经典并不断提高教师自身“为”与“不为”的技艺。
Socratic teaching method from the equal relationship between teachers and students, through teachers “midwifery ” skills and achieve the effect of removing the cover. In the teaching of jurisprudence, the appropriate introduction of this teaching method not only helps to guide students to think independently, cultivate their legal thinking ability and enhance the humanistic quality of law students, but also help to measure the students’ performance and feedback the teaching effect of teachers. When using this pedagogical method, we should reform the curriculum of jurisprudence and have proper teaching classes and teaching hours to guide students to read the classics in a timely manner and constantly improve their own skills of “being” and “not being”.
