微控制器等汽车电子产品的开发不断增多,而且也越来越复杂。2010年之后,工作频率将远远超过200MHz,所集成的闪存容量已经达到最大4Mb,处理性能将不断提高。通过ECU软件平台及车内总线等的标准化,很难体现出汽车微控制器的差异化。富士通汽车电子解决方案事业部市场部部长布施武司指出:“这就要考验半导体厂商的综合实力了。现在还不清楚哪个厂商能幸存下来,但是,估计有一些半导体厂商将被淘汰出局。”能渡过此难关的半导体厂商将随着汽车半导体市场的发展,不断扩大在该市场中的份额。
