热气防冰是目前飞机常用的防冰技术之一,为了提高热气防冰系统的防冰效率,提出使用短小销钉绕流强化传热的方式.利用计算流体力学(CFD,Computational Fluid Dynamics)的方法研究了不同结构阵列销钉绕流对双蒙皮防冰通道的强化传热效果和流动阻力的影响,主要包括:销钉高径比、销钉阵列型式以及槽道高度.研究结果表明:加入销钉特别是叉排销钉能够强化传热,但也会引起流动阻力的增大;槽道高度小于1mm时,传热效果的提高不明显,无需销钉来提高传热.研究结果为热气防冰系统双蒙皮通道的设计提供了一定的理论指导.
Ice anti-icing is one of the commonly used anti-icing technologies in airplanes. In order to improve the anti-ice efficiency of the anti-ice system, a method of enhancing the heat transfer by using short pin flow is proposed. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) The effect of the pin flow around the pin with different structure arrays on the heat transfer enhancement and the flow resistance of the double-skin anti-icing passage was studied, including the ratio of pin height to diameter, the type of pin array and the height of the slot.The results show that the pin- Fork pin can enhance the heat transfer, but also lead to increased flow resistance; channel height is less than 1mm, the heat transfer effect is not obvious, no pin to improve heat transfer.Study results for the double anti-ice system skin Channel design provides some theoretical guidance.
