随着橡胶育种新技术的发展,大量的试验材料需要进行有效的筛选和鉴定.染色体镜检技术对理化诱导所产生的不同倍体水平育株的鉴别,显得特别需要.除此,各类变异植株的倍性,可以籍助于染色体镜检技术在植株生长早期预测出来.因此,应用这种技术,在橡胶育种上有着重要的意义.以往常用根尖压片技术.六十年代末,森南纳亚克(下简称森氏)采用嫩叶压片技术.1977年底,我们对森氏法进行仿效.在他的基础上进行反复试验、比较,并筛选出较快速、简易的下述方法.
