作者介绍使用Foley氏导管取出食管与鼻腔异物的方法,具体操作如下:X线检查食管异物之位置及大小,给与镇静剂后病人平卧于透视床,在透视观察下选用合适的Foley氏导管(8—14号)经鼻腔插入食管,使导管下端之气囊位于异物稍下方,然后将3—4毫升生理盐水或造影剂注入气囊,缓缓向外牵拉导管,使异物随着气囊退出食管,当异物退至下咽部时立刻用异物钳将其取出或让病人俯卧后吐出。牵拉导管时应密切观察咽部以防止异物自食管拉出而进入鼻咽
