对直径为6毫米以下的不锈钢,青铜合金、及电工钢的小孔铰削,我厂过去一直采用普通高速钢铰刀。但存在着铰刀寿命低,零件孔的光洁度达不到▽6这一难题。由于一把铰刀只能加工十几个孔、有时甚至只能加工几个孔,铰刀的消耗量很大,孔的质量也不稳定、生产很被动。为此,我们曾想了很多办法,如更换冷却液,改变切削用量和铰刀切削角度等,但都不能从根本上解决问题。据了解这也是当前各厂普遍存在的难题。现在我厂采用了如图所示的整体硬质合金
