生殖器疱疹是由单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅱ)引起的一种性传播性疾病。该病性接触感染后,经3～5天潜伏期,患部先有烧灼感,很快出现红斑或丘疹,继之形成群集水疱、糜烂面或浅溃疡,可有渗液或灰黄色覆盖面,以后干燥结痂。整个病程中有疼痛,或伴发热,全身不适等症。笔者用中西医结合疗法治疗该病,取得了一定的疗效,现报告如下:1 一般资料 48例均是男性,其中包皮内病变30例,龟头病变6例,阴茎干病变25例,阴囊近根部2例,阴茎根部8例。32例有群集性水疱,:16例有糜烂面或浅溃疡。病变处均有灼痛感。5例 Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted disease caused by herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-II).
