采用经典的红细胞C3b受体(erythrocyte C3b receptors,E-C3bR)与红细胞免疫复合物(erythrocyte immune complexes,E-IC)花环实验,检测草鱼红细胞在全血体系与洗涤红细胞体系下的E-C3bR与E-IC粘附率,同时检测未灭活血清与灭活血清(58℃处理30min)对洗涤草鱼红细胞免疫粘附功能的调控作用.结果显示:全血体系下草鱼红细胞E-C3bR粘附率与E-IC粘附率均显著高于洗涤红细胞体系条件下的相应值(p<0.05).进一步研究显示,灭活血清组处理的洗涤草鱼红细胞E-C3bR粘附率与E-IC粘附率显著高于未灭活血清组及生理盐水组(p<0.05);未灭活血清组处理的洗涤草鱼红细胞E-C3bR粘附率与E-IC粘附率显著低于生理盐水组(p<0.05).结果提示,草鱼红细胞的免疫粘附功能受全血反应体系中相关因子的调控,其血清中存在热不稳定的抑制因子和热稳定的促进因子.
The classical erythrocyte C3b receptors (E-C3bRs) and erythrocyte immune complex (E-IC) rosette were used to detect the E-C3bR of erythrocyte erythrocytes in erythrocyte erythrocytes and erythrocyte erythrocytes E-IC adhesion rate, at the same time detection of non-inactivated serum and inactivated serum (58 ℃ for 30min) on erythrocyte erythrocyte immune function of washing grass carp.The results showed that: Erythrocyte erythrocyte erythrocyte adhesion rate And E-IC adhesion rate were significantly higher than the corresponding values under the condition of washing erythrocyte system (p <0.05) .Further study showed that the E-ICbR adhesion rate of Echinococcus erythrocyte-treated erythrocyte E-ICs adhered to (P <0.05). The adhesion rate of E-C3bR and the adhesion rate of E-IC of washing grass erythrocytes in non-inactivated serum group were significantly lower than those in normal saline group (p <0.05) <0.05) .The results suggest that the function of immune adhesion of grass carp erythrocytes is regulated by related factors in whole blood reaction system, and there are heat-labile inhibitors and heat-stable promoters in serum.
