南水北调来水信息化管理系统是在管网地理信息系统GIS的基础上,以水力学模型的模拟计算分析作为科学工具,将水力学模型与实时数据采集监控系统SCADA连接,实现水量调度、监测预警、风险分析及抢险应急等功能的系统。提升了北京市南水北调数据的管理更新速度,增强基于数学模型的调度应用能力和综合管理能力,为来水调度、管理和决策提供支撑。
