当前,经济全球化的热潮正在席卷全球,我国也进入了一个经济高速增长的快速发展时期。伴随着社会化大生产的到来,在这个经济发展多元化的时代,企业之间的竞争显得越来越激烈。现代企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中获取主导地位,具备较强的抗风险能力,组织建设成为摆在每一个现代企业面前的重大命题。企业的组织化建设,就是构筑起这样一个有目的、有秩序的组织系统的过程。企业组织建设的核心命题,就是构筑自己的价值立场、做事原则、组织结构、制度规范及行为准则,使整个组织处于战略实施状态和组织管理状态。本文浅析了现代企业应该如何进行组织建设。
At present, the upsurge of economic globalization is sweeping the world. China has also entered a period of rapid economic growth. With the advent of large-scale socialized production, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce in this era of economic development and diversification. In order to gain a dominant position in the fierce market competition and have strong anti-risk capabilities, modern enterprises have become a major proposition in front of every modern enterprise. The organizational construction of enterprises is the process of constructing such a purposeful and orderly organizational system. The core proposition for the construction of enterprise organizations is to construct their own values, stances, organizational principles, institutional norms, and behavioral norms so that the entire organization is in a state of strategic implementation and organizational management. This article analyzes how modern enterprises should organize their construction.
