一、会计信息失真根源探究从表面上看,会计造假行为的施行者是公司财务人员或注册会计师,但从利益驱动动机来究其根源,不难发现始作俑者其实应该是企业或上市公司中通过会计造假而短期获利者.具体来讲,这些操纵会计虚假信息的人分为两类:①上市公司的法人和大股东,即传统理论中的委托人.
