目的检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-2(TIMP-2)在不同宫颈组织中的表达情况,探讨其在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中的作用。方法采用ELISA法对20例正常宫颈组织、29例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织和35例宫颈癌组织中MMP-2及TIMP-2进行定量检测,分析其在不同宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果 ELISA测得在正常宫颈、高级别CIN和宫颈癌3种组织中MMP-2,TIMP-2的含量及MMP-2/TIMP-2的比值逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1 MMP-2及TIMP-2不仅在高级别CIN、宫颈癌组织中有表达,在正常宫颈组织中也有表达。2MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达平衡失调可能与宫颈病变的进展有关。
Objective To detect the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) in different cervical tissues and to explore the role of MMP-2 in the development of cervical cancer. Methods The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 20 cases of normal cervical tissue, 29 cases of high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 35 cases of cervical cancer were detected by ELISA. The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP- Express the situation. Results The levels of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 and the ratio of MMP-2 / TIMP-2 in normal cervical tissue, high-grade CIN and cervical cancer tissues were significantly increased by ELISA (P < 0.05). Conclusion 1 MMP-2 and TIMP-2 are not only expressed in high grade CIN and cervical cancer, but also expressed in normal cervical tissue. The imbalance of 2MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression may be related to the progression of cervical lesions.
