在干早、半干旱地区,春秋两季进行造林整地,容易产生严重的风蚀危害。但在雨季,降水集中,气温较高,具有雨热同期的气候资源优势。雨季整地有很多好处:1.能有效地提高土壤含水量,改善造林地水分状况。据测定,雨季整地后的地块要较未整地的地块土壤含水量高出20～25%影响内蒙地区造林成活率的关键性限制因子就是水分不足,整地后土壤含水量的增加,对提高秋季造林成活率起着积极作用。
