一、为充分发挥广大群众和干部的生产积极性和创造性,以推动农业增产,鼓励多种多收,增产粮食,战胜灾害,支持国建设,支持国防,支持解故台湾和改善人民生活,并进一步巩固与发展互助合作组织,特制订本办法。二、奖励对象:凡符合本办法规定的国营农场、农业生产合作社、互助组、劳动个体农民以及领导农业生产的单位和工作人员,均为奖励对象。三、奖励标准:
