无论是在西方还是在我国,盗版无疑是音像界最头痛的一个问题,香港的版权制度很严格,盗版现象依然很严重。前些日子成龙等香港知名艺人又上街游行倡议严厉打击盗版并倡议民众不要买盗版。在我国内地,盗版活动也很猖獗,北京的一家音乐报纸“音乐生活报”还特设立了一个反盗版举报专栏,举报发现盗版带的比较多,却没有一个人举报谁在出盗版。国内有关部门与各音像单位也经常开反盗版会议,但收效甚微。究竟谁在出盗版?笔者根据自己对音像界的了解,提出如下看法。
Whether in the West or in our country, piracy is undoubtedly the most troubling issue in the audiovisual industry. The copyright system in Hong Kong is very strict and piracy is still a serious problem. A few days ago, Jackie Chan and other well-known Hong Kong artists paraded through the streets to crack down on piracy and urged people not to buy pirated copies. In mainland China, piracy activities are also rampant. A music newspaper in Beijing, “Music Life Newspaper,” also set up a special anti-piracy reporting column. Reporters found that there were more pirated tapes, but no one was reporting who was pirating out. Domestic relevant departments and audio-visual units also often hold anti-piracy conferences with little success. Who is out of piracy? The author based on their understanding of the audio-video industry, put forward the following views.
