为了改善抽油机的动力学特性,能够实现油井供排协调、机-杆-泵协调,从而提高系统效率,达到节能降耗目的,大庆油田某作业区在2009年引进了智能抽油机控制系统装置。本文介绍了某作业区抽油机井的现状,通过对抽油机井智能控油系统的工作设计原理和系统结构的介绍,分析安装了智能控油装置抽油机井的节能降耗现场情况,并针对智能控油装置在实际生产应用过程中出现的问题提出相应的解决措施,对智能控油系统装置作出了经济效益评价分析,为智能控油装置在海拉尔油田及其他油田的推广应用提供一定依据。

In 2009, Daqing Oil Field introduced a smart pumping unit control System installation. In this paper, the current situation of pumping wells in a certain working area is introduced. Based on the working principle and system structure of the intelligent oil control system of pumping wells, the scene of energy saving and consumption reduction with intelligent oil control unit pumping wells is analyzed. Device in the actual production and application of the problems that arise during the process to put forward corresponding solutions to the intelligent control system made an economic evaluation of the oil plant, intelligent control device for oil in Hailar and other fields to promote the use of oilfield to provide some basis.
