以某型号航天冲压发动机燃烧室支板为研究对象,对Ti2AlNb合金进行了扩散焊工艺技术研究,获得了优化的扩散焊工艺参数,扩散焊试件的室温及高温(650℃)力学性能较优。在此基础上通过焊接工装设计、有限元仿真将扩散焊工艺成功应用于燃烧室支板的生产中,产品各项检测合格,并顺利通过地面热环境试验,实现了国内首次大尺寸Ti2AlNb合金结构件焊接。
In this paper, a kind of aerospace ramjet combustion chamber support is taken as the research object, the technology of diffusion welding of Ti2AlNb alloy is studied and the optimized parameters of diffusion welding are obtained. The mechanical properties of diffusion welding specimens at room temperature and high temperature (650 ℃) . On the basis of this, through the design of welding tooling, the finite element simulation successfully applies the diffusion welding technology to the production of the combustion chamber support. The products passed the tests and successfully passed the ground thermal environment test to realize the first large-size Ti2AlNb alloy structure in China Pieces of welding.
