为了提高焦化厂配煤控制的精度,提出了基于PID的原理的的配煤控制系统。根据对焦化厂配煤选料的要求,详细设计了自动配煤系统的组成结构,对配煤系统的核心控制部分采用PID控制策略,提高了配煤系统的自动化程度和精度。重点分析了PID控制器的设计方法,并给出了应用于焦化厂配煤控制的PID参数。解决了传统配煤控制方案精度低、配煤过程长而导致焦化厂生产的产品质量不稳定问题,大大提高焦化厂配煤选料系统的自动化程度和智能化程度,有效的控制焦化厂产品的质量。
In order to improve the precision of coal blending control in coking plant, a coal blending control system based on the principle of PID is proposed. According to the requirements of coal blending materials in coking plant, the composition and structure of automatic coal blending system is designed in detail. PID control strategy is applied to the core control of coal blending system to improve the degree of automation and accuracy of coal blending system. The design method of PID controller is analyzed emphatically, and the PID parameters applied to coal blending control of coking plant are given. The invention solves the problems of low precision of the traditional coal blending control scheme and instable product quality produced by the coking plant caused by long coal blending process, greatly increases the degree of automation and intelligence of the coal blending material selection system of the coking plant, and effectively controls the coking plant products quality.
