带式输送机系统可认为是弹簧-质量系统,系统启动加速度过大会使输送带产生较大的动张力,引起瞬间冲击力,对系统产生冲击和振动,从而缩短零部件使用寿命。从黏弹性动力学模型分析入手,研究带式输送机启动特性,通过比较异步电机软启动方案,提出分级变频启动技术,利用Matlab仿真软件,进行启动性能分析,为系统设计提供较好的技术方案。
Belt conveyor system can be considered as a spring - mass system, the system acceleration will cause the conveyor belt to produce greater dynamic tension, causing instant impact, impact and vibration on the system, thus shortening the service life of components. Starting with the analysis of viscoelastic dynamics model, the start-up characteristics of belt conveyors are studied. By comparing the soft-start schemes of asynchronous motors, a step-by-step variable frequency starting technique is proposed. Using Matlab simulation software, the starting performance analysis is carried out to provide better technical solutions for the system design .
