目的研究新形势下军医大学系统的心理健康教育相比传统的心理健康教育的效果。方法通过大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)的测查,比较军医大学系统的心理健康教育前后二、三年级学员的心理健康状况。结果1新的系统的心理健康教育后二年级学员的SCL-90总均分低于之前(即传统心理健康教育下)的二年级学员的分值(Z=2.46,P=0.01);2新的系统的心理健康教育后三年级学员的SCL-90总均分和UPI分值低于之前(即传统心理健康教育下)的三年级学员的分值(Z=6.77和7.23,P<0.0001)。结论相比传统的心理健康教育,新形势下军医大学系统的心理健康教育更加有效,能够显著提高学员的心理水平。
Objective To study the effect of systematic mental health education in military medical universities over traditional mental health education in the new situation. Methods The mental health status of the second and third grade students before and after the mental health education in the Military Medical University was compared by the questionnaire of college students personality questionnaire (UPI), symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90) and state-trait anxiety questionnaire (STAI) . Results 1 The total score of SCL-90 of the second-year students after the new system of mental health education was lower than that of the second-year students (Z = 2.46, P = 0.01) before the new mental health education (2) (P <0.0001) of the third-year SCL-90 total score and UPI score of the third-grade students after the system mental health education was lower than those of the third-year students before the traditional mental health education (Z = 6.77 and 7.23, P <0.0001) . Conclusion Compared with the traditional mental health education, the systematic mental health education of the military medical university under the new situation is more effective and can significantly improve the psychological level of the students.
