系统分析了我国金属镁生产过程中广泛应用的皮江法工艺的能源利用状况。分析表明,皮江法炼镁工艺中所使用的热工设备热效率很低。针对这些工艺过程和热设备的用能现状,提出了一些具体的节能措施。
The energy utilization status of Pidgeon process, which is widely used in the process of metal magnesium production in China, is systematically analyzed. The analysis shows that the thermal efficiency of the thermal equipment used in the pidgeon process is very low. In view of the status quo of energy consumption of these processes and thermal equipment, some specific energy-saving measures are put forward.
