1 Mainland Housing enterprises to increase overseas financing As the competition in the real estate industry intensifies, the domestic financing channels are limited, housing prices rushed to find hot money abroad. Statistics show that in 2012, a total of 20 mainland real estate enterprises issued 25 overseas bonds with a total financing amount of 60 billion yuan, an increase of 10.23% over the same period of last year.
