万亩地下水开发试区位于茌平县城西,土质为亚粘土,引黄条件优越,有很多地块引黄时能够自流灌溉。区内历年平均降雨量为597mm,降雨入渗系数为0.20~0.25,补源条件好,因此,浅层地下水埋藏丰富。淡水底界面埋深50~80m,淡水砂层累计厚度15~25m,易成井,且单井涌水量大,降深6m时,单井涌水量平均400~60m~3/h。在灌溉用水方面,群众重黄轻井,优先利用黄河水,产生了以下不良影响:一是试区内的地下水主要排除方式为潜水蒸发和侧向径流,每年约132万m~3的降雨和64万m~3的地表水入渗水量白白浪费掉。二是群众争引黄河水,使边远高
