成功研究并实施了用大功率CO_2连续激光对8缸风冷柴油机45钢凸轮轴凸轮表面的激光快速熔凝-共晶合金化复合强化处理。500h强化台架试验和沙漠行车使用考核的结果表明,激光强化凸轮具有优异的耐磨损和抗疲劳性能。
Successfully studied and implemented with high-power CO_2 continuous laser on the 8-cylinder air-cooled 45 camshaft camshaft CAM laser rapid fusion - eutectic alloy composite strengthening treatment. 500h enhanced bench test and the desert driving test results show that the laser enhanced cam has excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
