柴油机缸内的火焰辐射受诸多因素的影响,用理论分析法来确定它是相当困难的。在现阶段,实验研究仍然是一个重要的手段。针对柴油机缸内辐射传热过程的特点,本文基于热电现象和表面温度法的原理,研制了一种瞬态辐射传感器,并设计了一种测量系统。利用该传感器和测量系统对一台直喷式柴油机缸内的火焰辐射流量进行了实测,将测量结果与已有的研究成果进行了对比,表明所研制的传感器和设计的测量系统可正确测量柴油机缸内的火焰射热流量
Diesel engine flame emissions by many factors, the theoretical analysis to determine it is quite difficult. At this stage, experimental research is still an important means. Aiming at the characteristics of diesel engine internal heat transfer, a transient radiation sensor was developed based on the principle of thermoelectricity and surface temperature, and a measuring system was designed.
