这两年,越来越多的年轻人向我提建议,希望我写出自己多年来做企业的经历,我总是很犹豫,觉得这应该是过些年才做的事,再加上工作繁忙,所以迟迟没有动笔。2016年秋天,随着“两材”重组的顺利完成,中信出版社也约我写一本记录自己从事国企改革的书。我开始认真思考大家的建议,找一种简单明了的方式来谈谈这么多年来我在企业改革发展中的工作。从2016年9月到2017年6月,我用了半年多的时间写完了这本书。这本书不是一本完整的回忆录,更不是一本个人传记,而是一本我做企业的故事集,虽然这些故事并不是我工作经
In the past two years, more and more young people have suggested to me that I wish to write down my experiences of doing business for many years. I am always hesitant to think that this should be done after years of work plus work Busy, so I did not write. In the autumn of 2016, with the successful completion of the restructuring of “Two Materials”, CITIC Publishing House also asked me to write a book recording my work on the reform of state-owned enterprises. I started to think hard about everyone’s suggestion and find a simple and straightforward way to talk about my work in the reform and development of the enterprise for so many years.
