血吸虫重组 BCG- Sj2 6 GST疫苗是一种新型疫苗。本文用 10 6克隆形成单位 ( Colony- froming unit,CFU)和10 8CFU疫苗皮下接种 BAL B/ c鼠 ,接种后 8wk用日本血吸虫尾蚴进行攻击感染 ,感染后 6 wk剖杀小鼠 ,分离肝脏 ,观察其病理学变化 ,同时设 PBS对照组。光镜下观察发现肝脏病变明显减轻 ,肉芽肿数目少 ,体积小 ;电镜观察发现肝组织病变轻微 ,大部分肝细胞变性 ,肝纤维组织增生 ,有嗜酸粒细胞和淋巴细胞浸润。这些结果为阐明血吸虫重组 BCG- Sj2 6 GST疫苗的免疫机制提供了形态学资料
