目的 研究 IL- 1β(人重组白介素 - 1)复合酵母 RNA对小鼠受 γ射线外照射后外周血、肝、脾谷胱甘肽 (GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的影响 ,探讨药物治疗辐射损伤机制 .方法 雌性小鼠 2 5只 ,随机分为 5组 ,115 0 c Gy腹部照射后 1h,2 4h分别给予后肢 im IL - 1β,酵母 RNA,IL - 1β复合酵母 RNA,于照后 6 d,取外周血、肝脏和脾脏测 SOD,GSH活性 .结果 照射后外周血、肝、脾 SOD,GSH活性下降 .使用 IL - 1β,酵母 RNA,IL - 1β复合酵母 RNA后照射组外周血、肝、脾 SOD,GSH活性升高 ,且肝、脾的 SOD,GSH活性与照射对照组之间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,复合组肝脾SOD,GSH活性明显高于照射对照组具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,高于照射单独给药组 .外周血各照射组之间无显著差异 .结论 IL- 1β复合酵母 RNA升高 γ射线外照射对肝、脾谷胱甘肽 (GSH) ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,复合用药可以对抗射线引起机体产生的损伤作用 .结果表明 :照后复合应用 IL - 1β,酵母 RNA可通过提高清除自由基 ,起到更好的抗辐射作用
Objective To investigate the effect of IL - 1β (recombinant human Interleukin - 1) complex yeast RNA on the activity of glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in peripheral blood, liver and spleen of mice exposed to γ - Methods Twenty - five female mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: im IL - 1β, yeast RNA and IL - 1β complexed yeast RNA were respectively given at 1 and 24 hours after abdominal irradiation of 115 0 c Gy, The activity of SOD and GSH in peripheral blood, liver and spleen were measured 6 d after irradiation.Results The activities of SOD and GSH in peripheral blood, liver and spleen decreased after irradiation.It was found that the activity of SOD and GSH in peripheral blood, The activity of SOD and GSH in the peripheral blood, liver and spleen increased, and the activities of SOD and GSH in the liver and spleen were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.01), which was higher than that of the irradiated control group.No significant difference was found between the peripheral blood irradiation groups.Conclusion IL-1β complexed yeast RNA increased γ-ray external irradiation Liver, spleen glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, the combination of drugs can be caused by radiation-induced The results showed that the combination of IL - 1β and yeast RNA could improve the anti - radiation effect by increasing free radical scavenging
