目前浙江省大多数中小型民营建筑企业在人力资源开发上都存在着培训机制不健全、重使用而轻开发等问题。如何优化人力资源开发模式是建筑企业改革升级的核心问题之一。本文以浙江金马房产等中小型民营建筑公司为研究对象,在深入调查和分析的基础上,针对人力资源开发中的问题,从职业能力开发、绩效管理、激励制度等方面提出优化人力资源开发的对策,以期为企业完善人力资源开发模式提供参考。
