一导言 二十一世纪是信息时代,而作为这个即将来临的伟大时代的标志物——电脑,已经越来越广泛地运用于我们生活中的各个领域。目前流行这样一句话,叫做:“下个世纪,谁不掌握电脑,谁就是文盲。”于是乎,多少个家庭的孩子,哭喊着要买电脑,多少位跨世纪的年轻父母也需要学习电脑。潮流兴起,谁敢不随?从经济学的角度来讲,有需求便有供给。那么,在电脑前冠以“家用”字样的特殊产品,便理所当然地走向了千家万户。
I. INTRODUCTION The twenty-first century is the information age, and as a landmark of this coming great era, computers have become more and more used in all fields of our lives. The popular phrase is: “In the next century, whoever does not have a computer is an illiterate person.” So how many families of children cry out to buy a computer and how many young parents over the century need to learn about computers. The rise of the trend, who would not follow? From an economic point of view, there is demand for supply. Well, in front of the computer labeled “home” words of special products, it is a matter of course to millions of households.
