我国是世界上人口众多、劳动力资源丰富的国家,但我国人力资源开发却明显滞后,而且各国对人才的争夺也日益激烈,这都决定我国必须要对人力资源进行有效的开发。分析了目前人力资源管理在应对知识经济的到来存在的不足,并在此基础上探讨了人力资源开发与管理如何适应“知识经济”需求的对策,强调了人力资源开发与管理必须在知识经济中不断创新、变革才能适应经济时代的发展。
Our country is a country with a large population and abundant labor resources in the world. However, the development of human resources in our country is obviously lagging behind and the competition for talent among various countries is becoming increasingly fierce. All this determines that our country must effectively develop human resources. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of current human resources management in dealing with the arrival of knowledge economy, and on this basis, discusses how to adapt human resources development and management to the needs of “knowledge economy.” It emphasizes that human resources development and management must be based on knowledge In the constant innovation in the economy, we can adapt to the development of the economic times through change.
