国家公务员年度考核是通过对国家公务员德、能、勤、绩的全面考核,确定优秀、称职、不称职三个等次标准,并与公务员的晋升、奖惩、职务任免等紧密相连,是国家公务员管理中的一个重要环节。然而,公务员考核中的四重四轻现象应引起我们的重视,即重中层领导,轻一般群众;重班子正职,轻班子副职;重感情轻事实;重主观轻客观。 针对上述存在的问题,笔者认为,避免公务员考核中的四重四轻现象,要让考核真正起到应有的作用。
