采用形态判别分析和SRAP标记相结合的方法,对浙江沿海彩虹明樱蛤8个群体尤其是乐清湾群体的形态和遗传多样性进行了分析,结果表明:(1)乐清、温岭与台州的群体具有相似的形态结构,而与宁波、舟山群体则差异较大;可以利用形态特征对乐清湾与舟山、宁波湾彩虹明樱蛤群体进行初步鉴别;(2)与舟山、宁波相比,浙江乐清湾群体遗传多样性比较高;乐清湾群体聚为一支,表明它们之间具有更高的遗传相似性。形态和SRAP研究结果一致表明,各群体在形态和遗传相似性方面基本反映了各群体的地理关系,但乐清湾养殖群体与宁波群体更为相近,乐清湾彩虹明樱蛤养殖群体可能会对乐清湾野生群体造成种质混杂。
The morphological and genetic diversity of eight Populus deltoides groups in Zhejiang Province, especially the Yueqing Bay population, were analyzed using morphological discrimination analysis and SRAP markers. The results showed that: (1) The populations of Yueqing, Wenling and Taizhou With similar morphological structure, but with Ningbo and Zhoushan groups are quite different; morphological characteristics can be used to identify the Leymus chinensis populations Yueqing Bay and Zhoushan, Ningbo Bay; (2) Compared with Zhoushan and Ningbo, Zhejiang Yueqing The genetic diversity of Wan population is relatively high; the Yueqing population is clustered together, indicating that they have higher genetic similarity. The results of morphological and SRAP studies consistently show that each group basically reflects the geographical relationship between the groups in morphology and genetic similarity, but the Yueqing Bay culture group is more similar to the Ningbo group. The Yueqing Bay Rainbow cherry clam culture group may be sensitive to Yueqing Wild populations in the bay cause germplasm to mix.
