为了进一步落实伟大领袖毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的战略方针,遵照毛主席“有了优良品种,即不增加劳动力、肥料,也可获得较多的收成”的教导,我场于一九六九年开始试验高粱山地制种。两年多来,经过了反复斗争,反复实践,用战无不胜的毛泽东思想导航,活学活用毛主席的哲学思想,深入持久地开展革命大批判,排除了右的或“左”的种种思想障碍,不断地促进广大职工的思想革命化,因而保证了这项试验获得了成功,为丘陵沟壑地区高粱杂交制种闯出了一条新路。
