文化,是一种历史现象,每一社会都有与其相适应的文化,并随着社会物质生产的发展而发展。凡是与人类智慧相联系,打上人类智慧深刻烙印的东西,都具有深邃的文化内容。一定的文化是一定社会的政治济在观念上的反映。 医院文化是医院所拥有的物质和精神文化的总和,是医院管理中的硬件和软件的结合。医院在一个时期,通过一定的手段和途径在医院逐渐形成共同的价值观念、行为准则、理想信念和医院的精神、目标、制度等。其精髓是注重人的因素,在更高层次上挖掘和启发人的潜能,靠精神、情感、理性的力量来调动职工的积极性和创造性,从而增强医院的凝聚力和职工的主人翁责任感。
Culture is a historical phenomenon. Every society has its own culture, and it develops with the development of social material production. Anything that is associated with human wisdom and marked with the deepest marks of human wisdom has profound cultural content. A certain culture is a reflection of the concept of certain social political economy. Hospital culture is the sum of the material and spiritual culture owned by the hospital and is a combination of hardware and software in hospital management.
