文章根据文献资料法和多年的运动实践经验,对现代定向运动的体能训练进行了系统的研究,分析了定向运动体能训练的主要特征,训练的原则、方法和体能训练后的恢复措施,以期对加强定向运动的体能训练起到一定的指导作用。
The article systematically studies the physical training of modern Orienteering based on the literature and data method and years of experience in sports practice. The main characteristics, the principles and methods of physical training, and the recovery measures after physical training are analyzed. Strengthen the physical training of Orienteering play a guiding role.
