纵观社会历史发展进程,国家的统治阶级在不断制定各种规章制度以实现自己的统治,随着思想意识的进一步提高,成功实现了从人治到法治的转型。在当今社会,依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是中国特色社会主义的必然要求;是党执政方式的重大变革;是人民当家作主的必要保障;是建设社会主义市场经济体制的内在要求。随着改革开放的不断深化,法制建设融入了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设的各个方面,对法治化建设的要求越来越迫切。因此,国家需进一步完善法律体系,使国家和人民的各项活动都能有法可依、有法必依,不断推进社会主义法治化国家建设。
Throughout the course of social and historical development, the ruling classes in the country have been constantly formulating various rules and regulations to achieve their own rule. With the further improvement of their ideology, they have successfully transformed from rule of man to rule of law. In today’s society, governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law are the necessary requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a major change in the party’s governing style. It is an essential guarantee for the people to be the masters of the country. It is an inherent requirement of building a socialist market economic system. With the continuous deepening of the reform and opening up, the legal system construction has integrated into all aspects of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction, and the requirements for the construction of a legalized government have become more and more urgent. Therefore, the state needs to further improve its legal system so that all activities of the country and its people can be implemented according to law and laws, and constantly promote the building of a socialist country ruled by law.
