通过对比聚合物乳液、PP纤维、稻秸秆纤维对水泥矿渣改性生土基抹面材料抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度的影响,研究了生土基抹面材料改性方法及外掺料合理掺量。结果表明:随聚合物乳液掺量增加,抹面材料粘结强度基本呈现线性增长趋势,抗压强度略微降低后保持不变,适宜掺量为0.9%;掺加PP纤维能够明显改善抹面材料拉伸粘结强度,对抗压强度的影响则存在较大的离散性,适宜掺量为0.3%;稻秸秆纤维能提高抹面材料拉伸粘结强度,适宜掺量为0.3%。
By comparing the effect of polymer emulsion, PP fiber and rice straw fiber on the compressive strength and tensile bond strength of cement-slag-modified raw earthwork-based plastering material, the modification method of raw soil-based plastering material and the reasonable blending of external admixture the amount. The results show that with the increase of the content of polymer emulsion, the bonding strength of the surface material increases linearly, the compressive strength decreases slightly and remains unchanged, and the suitable dosage is 0.9%. Addition of PP fiber can obviously improve the tensile strength of the surface material The bond strength and the compressive strength have a larger dispersion, the appropriate dosage is 0.3%; rice straw fiber can improve the tensile bond strength of the surfacing material, the appropriate dosage is 0.3%.
