从最近对南京市交通局所属单位职工教育的师资队伍进行的调查,发现生产发展迫切需要对职工进行全面的文化技术培训这一基本要求,和职工教育现行师资的配备存在着不相适应的矛盾。第一、专职教师文化程度普遍偏低,不适应职工教育的全面发展。南京市交通局所属单位专职教师文化程度状况见(表一),以现有师资的文化水平要完成对职工初级教育的任务还是可以的。但从发展来看,今后较长一段时间的职工教育,一方面要普遍提高职工的
From a recent survey of faculty members of staff education units affiliated to the Nanjing Bureau of Transportation, we found that there is an urgent need for a comprehensive cultural and technical training of staff and workers in production and development, which is incompatible with that of current teachers and staff members in education . First, the full-time degree of full-time teachers is generally low, which is not suitable for the all-round development of staff education. The status of full-time faculty members in Nanjing City Department of Transportation is as follows (Table 1).
