集中荷载作用下的“钢筋混凝土无箍板抗剪性能试验研究”是“六·五——七·五”期间交通部重点科研项目,1983年正式立项。部科技司委托交通部天津水科所为主办单位,郑州工学院、大连理工大学及河海大学为参加单位,由港工规范主编单位负责协调,开展本课题的研究工作。经过七年多的共同努力,园满地完成了试验研究任务。提出了无箍板斜截面的三种破坏形态、与试验结果吻合较好的抗剪强度计算公式和控制板底纵向裂缝开展的横向分布钢筋配筋率的计算方法。在通过三次科研成果讨论及评议会后,于1990年4月下旬在天津新港召开了“无箍板科研成果鉴定会”。
Under the action of concentrated load, the experimental research on the shear performance of hoop-reinforced concrete slabs is a key scientific research project under the Ministry of Communications during the “6.5 -75.5” period. Ministry of Science and Technology commissioned the Tianjin Water Institute of the Ministry of Communications as the organizer, Zhengzhou Institute of Technology, Dalian University of Technology and Hohai University as a participating unit, responsible for coordinating units by the Hong Kong and Fujian units to carry out research work on this topic. After more than seven years of joint efforts, the park completed the task of experimental research. Three kinds of failure modes of hoop slant section are presented, and the formulas for calculating shear strength which are in good agreement with the experimental results and the method for calculating the transverse reinforcement ratio are developed. After passing through three scientific research results discussions and councilings, the “Research Council of Non-hoisted Scientific Research Achievements” was held in Xingang, Tianjin in late April 1990.
