以异丙醇铝为原料制备出稳定、透明的AlOOH溶胶。实验中添加了001×7树脂(氢型)进行改性,减小了溶胶粒径并使其分布明显变窄。考察了不同种类的酸(HCl和HClO4)、树脂及原料加入方式对产物的影响。还考察了树脂的加入对原料铝利用率及定义参数“交换铝/树脂氢当量比”的影响。并运用“交换铝/树脂氢当量比”参数较好地说明了溶胶制备过程中产物的缩聚情况。确定了AlOOH溶胶的最佳制备方案。将胶溶时间由数十小时缩短为4小时。
A stable and transparent AlOOH sol was prepared from aluminum isopropoxide. In the experiment, 001 × 7 resin (hydrogen type) was added for modification, the sol particle size was reduced and its distribution was obviously narrowed. The effects of different kinds of acids (HCl and HClO4), resins and raw materials on the product were investigated. The effect of resin addition on the utilization of raw material aluminum and the defined parameter “exchange aluminum / resin hydrogen equivalent ratio” was also examined. The “exchange aluminum / resin hydrogen equivalence ratio” parameter was used to better explain the polycondensation of the products in the sol preparation process. The best preparation of AlOOH sol was determined. The peptization time is reduced from tens of hours to 4 hours.
