十八届五中全会以来,全面深化改革的实施更为深入人心,随着改革持续推进,国有企业逐步建立与引入现代管理体制并逐步完善。政工工作是我国国有企业管理工作中的重要组成部分,也是我国的一大特色,其发展直接影响着国有企业的发展模式,它在发展过程中遇到不少问题,也存在很多缺点,本文通过分析国企政工工作的现状,进一步分析问题存在的原因以及探讨优化的新思路,并提出改善和实现政工工作在现代管理体制下科学发展的有效方法。

As the reform continues to advance, the state-owned enterprises gradually establish and introduce a modern management system and gradually improve it. Political and industrial work is an important part of the management of state-owned enterprises in our country and also a major feature of our country. Its development has a direct impact on the development model of state-owned enterprises. It encounters many problems and many shortcomings in the development process. Analyze the current situation of the state-owned enterprises’ political work, further analyze the reason of the problems and discuss the new ideas of optimization, and put forward the effective method of improving and realizing the political development under the modern management system.
