王某,女、8岁。发作性抽搐8年加重2个月伴头痛、呕吐。于1987年4月22日入院。患儿出生后2个月,无诱因右手抽搐。某医院诊断“缺钙”服鱼肝油钙片3年。多年来约半月抽搐一次。近2月发作渐加重至每日1～2次,每次数分钟至半小时。无意识丧失,蹲下不语右手抽动。有时伴头痛、呕吐少量食物。无舌咬伤及二便失禁。发作后活动正常。但有惊吓样抽动,每日数次至数十次。双足背痛时轻时重。患儿系 Wang, female, 8 years old.
