目的应用近红外光谱技术和数据分析软件对妇炎康片进行快速测定。方法收集来源于吉林省中研药业有限公司的样品81批、江门德鑫制药有限公司、昆明云健制药有限公司、湖南湘泉制药有限公司的样品各10批、伪品34批,采集其近红外光谱。通过计算采集到的样品的近红外光谱图之间的欧氏距离和一致性指数来建立定性分析模型和一致性模型,将其用于对未知样品进行预测分析。结果定性分析模型和一致性模型对26批真药及34批伪品判断准确。结论近红外光谱分析技术对妇炎康片的分析结果准确可靠,方法简便快速,不需预处理,可推广用于此类样品的快速检测。
Objective To apply Fu Yan Kang Tablet for rapid determination by near-infrared spectroscopy and data analysis software. Methods A total of 81 batches of samples, including 81 batches of samples from Jilin Zhongyan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangmen Dexin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Kunming Yunjian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Hunan Xiangquan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and 34 batches of counterfeit goods were collected and collected IR. By calculating the Euclidean distance and the consistency index between the near infrared spectra of the collected samples, the qualitative analysis model and the consistency model were established and used to predict the unknown samples. Results Qualitative analysis model and consistency model to 26 batches of genuine drugs and 34 batches of goods to judge accurately. Conclusion The analysis results of Fu Yan Kang Tablet by NIRS are accurate and reliable. The method is simple, rapid, and does not require pretreatment. Therefore, it can be used for the rapid detection of such samples.
